Requirements : Proven "Hunter" sales experience selling directly to Orthodontic Practices. Existing, relevant book of business with high-volume orthodontists in territory. Experience selling an innovative/disruptive technology in a highly competitive market. Startup-ready mindset; ability to launch new business immediately and manage a territory autonomously. Knowledge of clear aligners and how to sell in that space
Requirements : 1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience. Candidate must already understand how to sell; no "100% green" candidates. 2. Commitment to Manhattan: Must be willing to work in Manhattan every week. Living in the city is ideal, but not mandatory—must be with within easy commuting distance. 3. Consultative/Business Acumen: Must be able to have a "business conversation," discuss pain points, and engage in "challenger" selling—not just sell on product or price.
